Goal
The goal is to provide basic knowledge needed for competent understanding, interpretation, presentation, feedback and application of the Strategic Career Model. This includes all parts of the Model; Concepts, Motives and Culture, as well as the use of its tools such as questionnaires and Decision Dynamics processing site.
Certification Structure
The structure of the training is built around five steps:
- Understanding the model and underlying research
- Interpreting profiles and results
- Presenting the model
- Giving feedback on profiles
- Training project - applying the model in a real situation
The first four steps are covered in two full days of lectures and discussions, preferably in a group of 5-10 certification participants.
In the fifth step a training project is designed and carried out together with a Decision Dynamic representative, in a group of about 10 employees selected by each certification participant (preferably in their own organization). The training project is intended to further develop the knowledge gained from step 1 - 4; feed-back is given on individual profiles and the career concepts and culture of the group is analyzed and presented.
