If you are interested in exploring what really motivates you the most in your work life, how do you view your ideal career path, how well does your view of the ideal career path fit your underlying motivation or do you have any unrecognized motivation potentials?
This assessment focuses on your views and feelings about your career. In particular the assessment measures your views about an ideal career path or track and your feelings about the kinds of activities and rewards you would like to experience as you move through your career. Beyond a few basics, people differ greatly in the way they see the ideal career and in the kinds of rewards they want. This assessment will help you to focus your career plans on the kind of career track that will bring you the greatest sense of satisfaction and personal fulfillment. You will get Your assessment in connection to personal feedback. The feedback will be given by your Program Administrator or Instructor, depending on the program in which you are participating, or one of Decision Dynamics certified consultants.

If you are interested in exploring how to adjust your communication to deal with different people; How stress and pressure influence the way you think and communicate; What those around you are likely to see as your particular strongest and weakest points; How to avoid specific pitfalls that you might be prone to make in choosing positions and employers.
The StyleView series is designed to assess the way you process information when making decisions and solving problems. People differ widely in their decision making styles. The series consists of two questionnaires that you can complete on-line. You must complete both questionnaires in order to receive feedback on your assessment. You will get Your assessment in connection to personal feedback. The feedback will be given by your Program Administrator or Instructor, depending on the program in which you are participating, or one of Decision Dynamics certified consultants.
